Thanks Paul for your hard work organising our service & repair to the floor. Much appreciated. I could kick myself for not getting the new rear tyres fitted beforehand as I new they needed replacing. Its the first time it has failed an MOT. On a positive when we put everything back in the van this afternoon I noticed that I had inadvertently left my good Seiko kinetic watch hanging on the curtain rail to keep it charged up as the van moves which Steve Webster must have spotted. We have been very impressed with Todds from our initial purchase to warranty work and routine habitation surveys. Each person we have dealt with has been friendly and efficient. From Steve Thomas who handled the sale, to Paul Gore who handles the service side and not forgetting Jess who always makes us a coffee. I would have no hesitation in buying a replacement van when the time comes

I've brought my elderly Campervan to Todds twice in the last 3weeks. First time to diagnose and sort problems, resulting in a new leisure battery and charger, repairing a blind, resticking the fabric above the windscreen. Then today, having spent 2 nights on a local campsite, the water pump broke. As Todds was only 3miles away, I called in on my way home, to be welcomed with 'we've just completed a job that took less time than we thought, we can do it now!!!'. The staff (receptionist, salesmen, mechanics )are all accommodating, helpful in answering my questions, welcoming and friendly - including cups of tea! Also, their prices are very reasonable. Their accessory shop is excellent too. Can definitely recommend.

Bought a new Imala 2017. Both Andrew and Steve were very helpful and knowledgeable on both purchase and handover. Paul and his team made a fabulous job of fitting all the extras and rectifying any faults which occurred. Due to health problems we have just taken delivery of a new automatic Imala. Once again everyone in the dealership has been outstanding.

I live in Northern Ireland so was depending on Mr Thomas and his expertise to guide me and make sure the van I chose was the right one for me.
